1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.38/2020, registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, Sector-6, Bhilai, District Durg, for offence punishable under Section 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail application before the jurisdictional Court.
3. No objection from other side.
