The limited relief that the petitioner seeks at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.4 for taking a decision on Revenue Case No. 13-B/121/2018-19, which is a proceedings drawn for mutation of the property over which the petitioner has got a decree in his favour from the Court of Civil Judge Class-2, Raipur in Civil Suit No. 212-A/2018.

The property of which the mutation is being sought, is that which situates in khasra No. 378 at Patwari Halka No. 161/34 at village Nawapara, Tehsil Abhanpur, Up-Tehsil Nawapara, District Raipur measuring 1.26 acres.

The limited relief sought for is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.4 to take a decision on the said revenue case at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
