Proceeding Through Video Conferencing Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board /08/2021 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No.425/2019 registered in Police Station Champa, District Janjgir Champa for offence under Section 302, 201, 202 and 120-B of the IPC.

2. The applicant and 3 other accused persons have committed murder of deceased Dharamveer. 3 other accused persons are absconding. As per the allegation, all the accused persons hatched a conspiracy and in execution thereof co-accused Chotu struck the deceased over his head

MCRC No. 5308 of 2021 by dumble and thereafter the dead body was thrown in Dabri.

3. Considering the entire fact situation of the case, the nature of allegation as also the allegation of hatching conspiracy, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the Application is rejected reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to revive the prayer after examination of material witnesses.
