Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 9 / 11 /201 (1) Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the conciliation proceedings, they have made representation to the respondents authorities but the same has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to the respondents authorities to consider and decide the same expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.
(3) Be that as it may, the respondents authorities are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a
period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law. The petitioner is at liberty to file copy of relevant documents in support of his representation.
(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
