This is the fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.244/2014, registered at Police Station Berla District Bemetara (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 458, 459, 323, 325/34 of I.P.C.

Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground/change in circumstances to entertain this fourth bail application; therefore, this fourth bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. 3.
