Mr. Malay Kumar Bhaduri, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 05/10/2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the transit pass for transporting minerals has not been issued to the petitioner by respondents No. 1 and 3 against which the petitioner has made several representations to the respondent authorities but to no avail. Hence, this writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution has been preferred by the petitioner.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2- Collector (Mining), Baloda Bazar, is directed to look into the matter and take decision on the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with law and pass an appropriate order expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to make an additional representation for the redressal of his grievances. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
