After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application by submitting that the applicant is willing to co-operate with the investigation and surrender and thereafter, apply for grant of regular bail. He submits that the applicant is a young boy and looking to the background, the Court below may be directed to consider his regular bail application on the same day.
