1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.3/Tahsildar, Geedam is not deciding the application of the petitioner for recording his name in the revenue records, which may be directed to be considered and decided.
2. Be that as it may, respondent No.3/Tahsildar, Geedam is directed to consider and take a decision on the application of the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order on behalf of the petitioner.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
