Agrawal Order On Board 10/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the proposed land acquisition plan, the petitioner has made representation before the competent authority, but the same has not been considered and decided till now and therefore direction may be issued to the competent authority to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the competent authority is directed to consider

and dispose of the petitioner's representation, strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the competent authority would be at liberty to decide the petitioner's representation, strictly in accordance with law. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to produce all the relevant documents in support of his representation before the competent authority.
