This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in

connection with Crime No. 264/2015, registered at Police Station Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file bail application after filing of the charge sheet. 3.
