1. The prayer in this petition was to register the FIR on a complaint made by the Petitioner.

2. Learned State counsel submits, on instructions, that the FIR has been registered on 18.11.2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468, & 471 of the I.P.C.

3. In view of the above, no further order can be passed at this stage in this petition as the prayer has been redressed. Consequently, the petition is disposed of.
