1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for grant of time bound pay-scale.
2. According to the petitioner, the persons juniors to the petitioner have been granted the same but for no reason or atleast no reason has been given to the petitioner as to why he has been denied the same. He further refers to Annexure P/3, it is an order where the persons junior to the petitioner have been granted time bound pay-scale.
3. It is further contended by the petitioner that he has made detailed representation in this regard to the respondent No. 2 which till date has not been decided and makes a prayer that the respondent No. 2 be directed to decide the same.
4. State Counsel does not oppose to the limited prayer that the petitioner has made
5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, let the respondent No. 2 take a decision on the representation which the petitioner has made so far as granting of time bound pay-scale is concerned.
6. Let a decision be taken on the claim of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
