The counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions from his client that the respondent No.2 has expired way back in the year 2011 itself.

Accepting the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, this court as of now disposes of the petition reserving the right of the respondent No.2 or any of his legal heirs to move appropriate application for substitution at a later stage.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid liberty the petition in its present form stands disposed of.
