Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 05/10/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made a complaint to the Collector, Raigarh with regard to allotment of the shop No. 50 situated at Bus Stand, Dhramjaygarh to respondent No. 4, but till date it has not been considered and no action has been taken against their complaint and, therefore, directions may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Raigarh is directed to take decision on the petitioners' complaint / representation expeditiously after hearing the affected parties.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
