Agrawal Order On Board 11/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the impugned notice dated 30.05.2016 was issued by the Municipal Corporation is unsustainable and bad in law. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Municipal Corporation would submit that if the petitioner files reply upon the notice before the Municipal Corporation, that will be considered and decided, expeditiously.

(3) In view of that, the instant writ petition is disposed with a direction to the petitioner to file reply upon the notice before the Municipal Corporation. If such reply is filed by the petitioner before the Municipal Corporation, in that event the Municipal Corporation shall consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.
