Grievance of the petitioner against the gradation list issued by the respondent. 3.

As the petitioner has alternative and efficacious remedy to file an appeal under CG Panchayat (Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1995 for appropriate directions on claim of seniority by assailing the seniority position as reflected from Annexure P/1, I am not inclined to go into the merits of the case.
