(2) This is the fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.245/2013 registered at Police Station Telibandha Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 323, 366(A) & 376 of IPC. (3) Considering the fact that the applicant's earlier bail application was dismissed on merits by a detailed order, no case for releasing her on bail is made out.

(4) Accordingly, the fourth bail application for grant of bail to the applicant is dismissed.
