Hon'ble Shri Justice Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 17/08/2021 1) The matter is heard through Video Conferencing. 2) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as he is in custody since 07/01/2020 in connection with Crime No. 06/2020 registered at Police Station Tikrapara, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25/27 of the Arms Act.

3) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

4) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
