Agrawal Order On Board 12/10/17 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application to the respondent No. 03 on 21.07.2017 under Section 47 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 for grant of "No Objection Certificate", but that application has not been considered and decided till date.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 03- Regional Transport Officer - Bilaspur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
