(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 55/2015 registered at Police Station P.S. Chowki Jewra Sirsa, P.S. Pulgaon, Distt. Durg for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, the applicant & two other co-accused persons have allegedly murdered one Ravi Kurre on 5.2.2015 and, thereby, committed the aforesaid offence. (3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature & gravity of the offence; and the sharp edged weapon, which

was used in the offence, has been recovered from the petitioner; and the material collected by the prosecution against the applicant; I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
