2. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.677/2020 registered at Police Station- City Kotwali, Mungeli, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 201 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to prosecute this bail application and seeks to withdraw the same.

4. Accordingly, the application MCRC No.5182 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
