1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.120/2015, registered at Police Station Bhilai Bhatti, Distt. Durg, for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 379, 467, 468, 471, 120B read with Section 34 of the IPC, Sections 25 and 26 of the Chhattisgarh Special Public Security Act, 2005.

2. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the applicant along with five other co-accused persons stolen brass nuts amounting to Rs.65 lakhs from Bhilai Steel Plant.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the manner in which huge brass nuts amounting to Rs.65 lakhs were stolen by the applicant in conspiracy with other coaccused persons, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. The application is, therefore, rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge Soma
