1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.26/2014, registered at Police Station Shankargarh, Distt. Balrampur, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with a prayer that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.
3. The prayer is just and reasonable.
4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously.
