1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working at Bijapur district since 2006 as such he has put in about 13 years of service in the said district and his spouse is a multipurpose worker at the Primary Health Centre, Belgahna in Bilaspur district.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has made repeated efforts with the respondents for transferring him from Bijapur to a place near Bilaspur, so that he can live a normal life, of which he was deprived for the last 13 years, but the respondent authorities till date have not taken a decision in this regard. The petitioner has made detailed representations again in this regard vide representations dated 25.11.2016 and 07.02.2017.

-23. Given the said facts, let the respondent No.2 take an appropriate decision of deciding the representations of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision on its merit at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
