Agrawal Order On Board 24/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of two weeks from today. (2) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (3) The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority. If such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of two

weeks from today and, in turn, the appellate authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with appeal. (4) The certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after furnishing an attested photocopy thereof.
