The applicant has moved this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail, who has been arrested on 10-6-2015 in connection with Crime No. 109 of 2015 registered at Police Station Gharghoda, District Raigarh (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 186, 294, 506, 332 & 353 of IPC. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that other coaccused persons namely Arun Prakash, Jagdish and Khageshwar have already been granted bail vide order dated 8-6-2015 passed by this court in M.Cr.C.No.2777 of 2015 and the allegations leveled against the present applicant are identical to that of the other co-accused. 3.

Learned State counsel does not dispute this contention. 4.

Upon consideration of the above fact, this Court is of the opinion that present applicant also deserves grant of bail. 5.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. It is ordered that the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs.25,000/- along with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial

Court. He shall appear before the trial court on each and every date given to him by the said Court till disposal of the trial. Certified copy as per rules.
