(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make representation before respondent No.2 today itself for redressal of his grievance. If such representation is filed by the petitioner today itself before the respondent No.2, in that event the respondent No.2 shall

consider and decide the same by tomorrow, strictly in accordance with law.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
