Hon'ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey Order On Board 27/05/2019

1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they may be permitted to make a representation before respondent nos. 3 & 4 for redressal of their grievance regarding revised pay scale and in turn respondent nos. 3 & 4 may be directed to decide the same in accordance with law within a specified period.

2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 has no objection to the above proposition.

3. In view of above, considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make a detailed representation to respondent nos. 3 & 4 within period of 2 weeks from today for redressal of their grievance regrading revised pay scale. In the eventuality of making such representation, respondent nos. 3 & 4 shall consider and decide the same by passing an appropriate order in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
