Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 11/10/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a complaint / representation to the Collector, Jashpur on 16.08.2017 against the action of respondents No. 4 & 5 which has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Jashpur is directed to consider and take a decision on the petitioner's complaint / representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
