Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land had been taken over by the Nagar Palika Nigam, Raipur in the year 2004 for the purpose of widening of the road and alternate land has been alloted to her but till date no transfer deed has been executed in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner has also preferred several representations to the respondent authorities but it has not been considered and decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the Municipal Corporation, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation and / or do the needful
for execution of the transfer deed in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
