This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 106/2015, registered at Police Station Jhagrakhand, District Koriya (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 313, 341, 506,
323, 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6, & 17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application at the stage when the Court was about to dismiss the bail application on merit, to contest the trial.

Accordingly, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, trial Court concerned is directed to expedite the trial.
