This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 170/2015, registered at Police Station - Pipariya, District Kabirdham (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 304/34 of IPC.

Perusal of the order dated 21/12/2015 shows that liberty was not given to the applicants to file repeat bail application, consequently, there is no occasion to reconsider the bail application as there is no change of circumstance.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed, however, the applicant would be at liberty to move the fresh bail application before the trial Court, if so advised. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Kamde
