There is repeat application for grant of bail. The applicant has been arrested on the allegation of commission of offences under Section 363, 366, 376, 506-B IPC and Section 3, 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that present application has been moved at this stage on the ground of delay. It is stated that the applicant has remained in jail since 05.07.2014 i.e. more than 1 1⁄2 years but till date, not a single prosecution witness has been examined.

At this stage without commenting upon the merits of the

case and reserving liberty to revive, this application is rejected with liberty to revive after three months.
