1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw bail application. However, he submits that a direction be issued to the Court below concerned to decide bail application for grant of regular bail on same day upon filing an application for regular bail after his surrender.

2. Learned State Counsel submits that he is having no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant.
