Agrawal Order On Board 11/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the respondent authorities have not granted just and proper compensation after acquiring the land of the petitioners. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the petitioners have remedy to make an application before the competent authority under Section 64(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for redressal of their grievance.
(3) In view of that, the petitioners are permitted to make an application before the competent authority under Section 64(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for redressal of their grievance.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
