Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the only allegation against him is that he received 10 boxes of Lux Soap from co-accused. It has been argued that the applicant is in jail since 20.05.2018, has no criminal antecedent, the offences are triable by the Magistrate, final disposal of his case may take some and, therefore, he may be released on bail.

On the other hand, State counsel opposes the bail application.
4.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
5.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, in particular the nature of allegation made against the applicant and his detention period, this Court is of the opinion that it is a fit case to release the applicant on bail. 6.
