(1) This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with crime No.537/2014 registered at Police Station Khairagarh, Distt. Rajnandgaon for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code & Sections 4 & 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act. (2) Taking into considering the facts & circumstances of the case; further considering the age of the prosecutrix, which is said to be the minor i.e. 9 years on the date of offence, and the manner in which the offence is said to have been committed, I am

not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
