Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 25/10/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that in spite of award dated 18.07.2016 passed by the respondent No. 3 in favour of the petitioner, no compensation has been paid to the petitioner in lieu of acquisition of her land till date. The petitioner has also preferred several representations to the respondent No. 02- National Highway Authorities of India, but it has not been considered till date. Therefore, directions may be issued to the respondent authority for disbursing the compensation amount to the petitioner expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 02- National Highway Authorities of India is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation qua her land strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
