1. Learned Advocate General would submit that the Land Acquisition Officer had called the petitioner on 29.03.2019 for disbursement of compensation, however, the petitioner did not appear.

2. Shri Sushobhit Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, would controvert the submission and would make a

CONT No. 407 of 2019 statement that petitioner never received any notice for appearance before the Land Acquisition Officer on 29.03.2019.

3. Be that as it may, since learned Advocate General is making statement that if the petitioner appears before the Collector (Land Acquisition) on any working day within a period of 15 days from today the disbursement shall be made in accordance with the award, the contempt petition need not be kept pending.

4. Let petitioner inform the Collector (Land Acquisition) his Bank Account Number and other details within 15 days to enable the said officer to electronically transfer the award amount in petitioner's bank account within 15 days from the date of supply of necessary details.

5. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
