Mr. S.P. Sahu, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application. However, he submits that as applicant is a lady aged 49 years, hence, a direction be issued to the Court below concerned to decide the bail application for grant of regular bail, if filed by applicant after her surrender, on same day.

Learned State counsel submits that he is having no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant. 3.
