Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that Banking Ombudsmen had already passed an order in case of the petitioner and communication to this effect has already been sent to the petitioner on 12.08.2021.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that in the light of said submission made by the counsel for the respondents, the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
