This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.55/2015, registered at Police Station Bhupdevpur, District Raigarh (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 of I.P.C. and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that out of eight prosecution witnesses, seven prosecution witnesses have been examined.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order by securing presence of nonexamining witnesses. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, second bail application stands disposed of.
