Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has died on 21.10.2019 and he has filed death certificate in this regard.

Bailable warrant issued against the applicant has been returned with a memo of Station House Officer, Sarkanda, Distt. Bilaspur (CG) that applicant Sunil Kumar, S/o. Balbhadra Prasad Dwivedi has died on 21.10.2019. He has also enclosed the death certificate of the applicant.
