These writ petitions have been preferred by the petitioners for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities who are not issuing permanent social status certificate / caste certificate to the petitioners. 2.
Learned State counsel would submit that petitioners' case will be considered and decided by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Durg expeditiously.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I deem it expedient to direct the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Durg to consider and decide the petitioners' case for issuance of caste certificate expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the parties.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions stand finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
