This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.224/2015, registered at Police Station-Ramanujnagar, District Surajpur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the IPC.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, evidence available on record and the manner in which the deceased, wife of the applicant who was married with the applicant in the month of April, 2015 committed suicide on 26.9.2015 within six months from marriage, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected.
