Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 25/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's application for allotment of land for running newspaper is pending consideration before the Collector, Raipur, therefore, a direction may be issued to the Collector, Raipur to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

(3) Accordingly, the respondent No. 3-Collector, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for allotment of land for running newspaper expeditiously strictly in accordance with law. (4) It is made clear this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
