1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though this Court had directed the Competent Authority to examine as to whether respondent No.5 is operating crusher in accordance with the terms and conditions with the lease granted, till date, to the best of the petitioner information, no steps have been taken towards compliance of the order of the Court.

2. Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, it would be proper to direct the Collector District, Balrampur (Respondent No.1 in the writ petition) to take necessary steps in the matter and the petitioner be also informed in writing as to whether steps, if any, have been taken towards compliance of the order of the Court and result of such enquiry. Within a period of two weeks from the date of production of copy of this order before the Collector, the Collector shall inform the petitioner in writing.
