(2) Heard on admission.

(3) In an application for maintenance filed by the respondents/wife & son under Section 125 Cr.P.C., pending final maintenance proceeding, learned Family Court finding that the respondents are unable to maintain themselves; and the applicant has sufficient means to maintain the respondents, during the pendency of the proceedings; granted interim maintenance of Rs. 800/- per month in favour of respondent No.1/wife & Rs. 500/- in favour of respondent No.2/son, which is sought to be challenged by the applicant/husband, in the

instant revision.

(2) After hearing learned counsel for the parties; and taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case; financial status of the present applicant; need of the respondents for clothing, medicines & schooling; I do not find any illegality in the order impugned warranting interference by this Court under its revisional jurisdiction. However, the Family Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of three months for the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(3) With the above observation, the criminal revision stands finally disposed of.
