(2) This is the fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.101/2015 registered at Police Station Gourela, Bilaspur for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A and 306 of IPC.

(3) The applicant's first, second and third bail applications were dismissed on merits by orders of this Court dated 04.08.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.3733/2015, dated 05.10.2015 passed in

M.Cr.C. No.5366/2015 & dated 02.12.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.6938/2015.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain the fourth bail application. Consequently, the fourth bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
