Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 24/10/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made representations before the competent authorities on 03.10.2017 against the impugned order passed by the respondent No. 03 on 22.09.2017 which has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

Mr. N.K. Vyas, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 3 would submit that the petitioners' representations would necessarily be decided on or before 31.10.2017.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' representations on merits expeditiously latest by 31.10.2017. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to make an additional representation before the competent authorities supported by the relevant documents.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
